• Chat messages exchanged between guardians and teachers

Payment Information

Payments are securely processed through the C-Pay payment gateway.

DCS does not store debit card or credit card numbers on its servers.

Payment providers may collect payment-related information according to their own privacy policies.

Location Information

The application uses Google Maps to allow users to select delivery addresses for store orders.

Your location is only used when required for order delivery or when you choose to share it.

3. Authentication

Users cannot create accounts directly through the application.

Accounts are created by the school administration.

Users log in using:

• National ID Number
• One-Time Password (OTP) sent through WhatsApp to the registered mobile number.

• Process school fees
• Process store purchases
• Deliver purchased products

5. Firebase Services

The application uses Google Firebase services including:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics

These services help us deliver push notifications, improve application performance, monitor crashes, and analyze anonymous usage statistics.

6. Google Maps

Google Maps is used solely for selecting delivery addresses.

Location information is not continuously tracked.

We do not sell your personal information.
